Banana and Toffee Smoothie

What You Need (serves 2)

  • 2 small or 1 large banana
  • 1 pot diet toffee yogurt
  • 150mls (5fl oz) semi or skimmed milk

How To Make It

  1. Peel and slice the banana into thick chunks, whiz it in a blender.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into a glass and serve.
